We promote playful movement as an antidote to the modern forces making us strangers to nature and our own bodies. We don’t focus on “looking good” or “feeling better.” These are vague goals that don’t work. Above all we “move well.” As a result we create a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
Finally, working out can be a source of joy.
